With a bold vision to disrupt the status quo, Ron has redefined how pharmacy benefits are sourced, priced, and managed. Under his leadership, RxDNA has developed a high-tech platform that merges proposal automation, transparent analytics, and clinical intelligence empowering brokers, consultants, and employers to make smarter, faster, and more transparent benefit decisions.
With over 20 years of executive experience across healthcare and employee benefits including roles at Wells Fargo, Optum, USI, and Capital Rx. Ron is the strategic force behind RxDNA’s operations and client relationships. He works directly with health plans, large employers, municipalities, unions, and Taft-Hartley Funds to drive measurable savings, reduce complexity, and implement innovative alternative funding models that produce real results.
A recognized thought leader in the PBM space, Ron is known for cutting through industry noise with sharp insights and transparent contracting strategies. He serves on multiple national advisory councils, including groups influencing Congressional reform focused on benefit integrity and healthcare cost containment.
Outside the RxDNA boardroom, Ron is a committed community leader. He serves on the boards of SHRM and Duquesne University’s Alumni Chapter, and is a board member of Catholic Charities. He’s also an active member of the Ocean Reef Club and the New York Athletic Club and serves as head coach for the Cyclones U18 youth hockey team.
